there is very little doubt that this car will be a reality. gm has spent too much $$ on the r&d not to go forward. the price tag will likely be close to 100k which to me is kinda ridiculous for only 650 hp.

I dumped 50k on a turn key TT Z06 (2003) that will run from it with the right tires. sure this car is 100 lbs lighter, but that's alot of fold IMHO and the greedy dealers will likely mark them up another 20k or so for those wealthy individuals that need to be first in line.

one thing is for sure. this car will top 200 mph, and dip deep into the 10s in the quarter which is a high water mark for the stock vettes to be sure.
