For John LPE was a labor of love. He passed and the investors came in , now I hope that the family does well with the take over of LPE.

FWIW, Ken Lingenfelter is not related to John Lingenfelter. It is just a coincidence that the last names are the same. Ken is a car guy with money and the same last names were what got him interested in LPE.

Although Corvette Quarterly says that Ken is distantly related to John, is is not like family.

I think the takeover will be good for both LPE's business and employees.

True but they are out there. I had a colleauge in the military named Rusty Lingenfelter I met a few years ago at the Army War College. Zero realtionship but darn it I was hoping lol. So where his young sons Id imagine as well. GC ;)
