Lingenfelters 427/TT Sonoma crash pics...bummer!
 

Not sure if you guys remember this little red Sonoma that John L. did up for some of the first street car shoot outs from back in the day. Maybe some of you have seen these sad photos of the new owner that killed this bad azz little red truck......I havn't and almost lost my lunch thinking of all the time John put in this truck!

One of the think which i was worry all about when i was drag racing in KUWAIT, the surface of the track!! :icon_scra .

I recall seeing that in one of the Car and Driver shootouts, he brought it along just for fun. Too bad to see it stuffed into a wall like that. :(

Yep...for two years he didn't even have to pull the big gun Vette out of the trailer at the street car shootouts since the others couldn't make it past his little pickup! :razz:

I have been to that track while deployed for the Southern Watch mission.

Couldn't believe that we found drag racing in Kuwait. :dancing
