Anyone else watch this show on the History Channel? Man, I can't get enough of it...

I generally like the idea of the show, but the "dogfights" look like a 1990s video game, so I have a hard time taking it seriously.
That said, it's amazing to learn about that stuff. |

Yup - I can watch it for hours - very handy yesterday while the Pack was losing
"Oh Man!! I cannot watch this anymore - flip - 1 B-17 vs 17 Zeroes - this should be interesting!!" I know I gotta get out more - but it was minus 20 out there last night.... Scott |

I can only compare a firefight to a dogfight, but the event lives forever, right down to the details. As such, I know these pilots experience the same thing because all the detailed manuvers are created from memory. My utmost respect for the pilots and the teckies that created the graphics. Not me, although i respect the courage of the people invlolved,
on a cold snowy, sleety, gray day in Missouri we go to town and count out of state license plates. :thumbsup: |
