sign up with photobucket (it is free and a good photo host site)

upload your photos there(photobucket) from your computer file folder where the desired photos are at

click on "IMG CODE" it is an automatic copy

paste in the reply window (right click on mouse and paste will appear--click on paste)

preview to see if it worked

if all ok post the new message and photo(s)
