Looking for a 90 rh door lock rod clip used or anternative part- pic attached
 

I need this circled white plastic clip for the right hand side of my 90. Can't ever get Mirrock to respond to me. Does anyone have one for sale or an alternate clip part# that will work? Thanks! (or the oem part#?)

The part number of your broken part is 16607593.

Have a look at the attached pictures.

Here's an exemple of matching parts : https://www.ebay.com/itm/383046159160. Looks similar to secondchance finding.

I took a chance and ordered it. Still looks different. Window alignment is my least l favorite chore of my C4. I need to rh top to bow out a little more but I have the pinch bracket maxed out. Door window fits fine but takes effort to close. More than know it needs. First time not using nos.

The part description from the book contains the word "RED". You currently have a white part in your door assembly. That makes me think that you probably didn't have the original part initially.

Keep us up to date if that fits, always good to know :)

I had to replace both door lock cylinders on my 94 because my driver side wore out at around 145,000 miles. I prefer simple door key to bulky remote. Of course, replacing driver side lock means replacing the passenger side as well to avoid carrying two keys. So, I had a lot of fun of doing this twice and remember having to unhook those clips. At least my 94 clips are white and not red.

You could have had a key cut or dealer or just take the locksmith.

my gm parts book from 1990 shows the RH one you need is GM 9815325

for the rh door handle rod its GM 20158344.


If you need them for the LH door swap them

LH door handle rod is 9815325
LH lock actuator rod is 20158344


the metal clip for inner door handle is GM 375180
