C4 ZR-1 sales data from BaT
I had plotted this a while back; updated today to add the '94 that sold for $36K ($37.8K with 5% BaT buyer's premium).
Over the space of the last 2 years, there were 28 cars that resulted in a sale (the chart excludes auctions that didn't meet reserve). 14 '90s 6 '91s (*) 1 '92 2 '93s 4 '94s 1 '95 (*) There are 7 '91s on the plot because they include my own non-BaT car, lol... The best fit line is through all the data. And yes, I'm an engineer! https://www.zr1.net/forum/picture.ph...pictureid=4518 |

That?s what I mean you can?t go by Bat sales to determine value. If that?s what the OP is trying to do.

Re: C4 ZR-1 sales data from BaT
It's a good challenge on why not data from other sources - reason, as already suggested by BigJohn, is that good data (complete with date of sale, mileage, etc.) is hard to come by.
I have found 3 months of data from Ebay and will add that shortly (although that ebay data had lots of duplicates that I had to weed out). If anybody knows of other sites that have data on completed sales, let me know. Obviously not interested in asking prices. BTW not "trying to do" much of anything here. No axes to grind, I am not a dealer, I do not have a ZR-1 for sale and I am not in the market for one any more. Just curiosity and interest, nothing more. Also only going to present the data (hard facts) and not make any inferences or conclusions... |

Have any gone through "Cars and Bids" yet?
