Factory Car Stereo Repair in Lake Mary, FL got my business to rebuild the Bose stereo head unit in the dash and the CDM buried below the glove box. I took these two parts and the four speakers to his location. The speakers and their amps tested fine and ZI left the two units with him. He had them ready in 2 weeks just as he said. All Bob does is Bose for Corvette and Cadillac 1984-1996. Straight up guy and priced a bit less than other rebuilders. I recommend him. Check out his website. How did the LCD turn out? Good info on the Bose. I have been using United Radio in NY. I get to to Lake Mary often, my brother lives there.

Good to hear this as I live in Tampa and Rockledge FL so a basically local guy is awesome to know about. Does he charge for testing? I have an extra head unit but no history on it.

I drove to his place with all the components, he tested all of them and I left the bad ones with him. Give him a call if shipping it to him. He may want a fee to send it back if it is OK. He is easy to deal with.

Sent them my CDM a few years back also had an I pod plug added, I agree they did a great job.
