896 Bulb for fog lights

With the proliferation of LED and other bulbs hitting the market has anybody replaced their fog light bulbs and been pleasantly surprised with a certain bulb or manufacturer?

It seems the options are plentiful out there... Any suggestions are appreciated.

Try this link.....

This is what another member ordered for the fog lights and I almost sure I ordered the same ones, but have not installed them yet...

I tried LED but was very disappointed.
I installed HID fog lights and love the color, brightness and pattern.

Thanks for those replies you guys. The HID is advertised as 10 times brighter... that is is impressive. I wonder how well it works in fog conditions as compared to the low beam given how bright it is.

Fog lights are positioned low and should be aimed in such a way to point a bit lower than the low beam.
If you want to use these for fog condition stay with yellower light (5000K or lower). White/bluish lights that are in style tend to reflect back against fog.
