Should the front and rear both need too be aligned?

I would do it just so your sure that everything is in spec

Re: Alignment
So I looks like the rear of the zr1 was built to be aligned kind of what I was asking. Also wondering if most shops are set up to do this?

Re: Alignment
Yes you can adjust the rear.

Re: Alignment
I'd say a four wheel alignment is pretty critical for our cars. You need all four tires pointing in the right direction and proper camber. Otherwise, tire wear and sub-par handling.
I guess that's not really unique to our cars. Any performance car with independent rear suspension. I think even Mustangs have that now. :-) |

Re: Alignment
Whatever you do with your alignment, don't just go to a chain and get the factory specs. Get to a shop that will work to your specs and try the VB&P spec whose description best matches your need.
Like any performance car, alignment specs matter - not as sensitive as tire choice but is the next priority in how the car works with the surface. Cheers, - Jeff |
