I think it looks too blingy with the cone...

And, "yes", coolant cross over pipe will be touched up. Next on the list.

What is outside diameter of the serpentine belt as it is wrapped around the pulley?
Is this Summit Pulley 208?

It's $29 ebay piece. Diameter is about the same (May be .1" larger) than LT5 pulley. Back had to be machined to correct offset.
