Let's be honest: we can't say that's a great deal...

26,837 miles (very low mileage) is often everything when pricing a ZR1.
Same goes for high mileage ZR1s.
Mileage DOES effect the pricing '

I would guess a 50,000 mile ZR1 is average mileage.
There must be a Poll on this somewhere :p

Highest/Lowest mileage

That Poll should have started at 10,000 miles and up to 100,000+ miles in increments of 10,000 miles.
Less than 10,000 miles
10,000 to 20,000 miles
20,000 to 30,000 miles
30,000 to 40,000 miles
40,000 to 50,000 miles
50,000 to 60,000 miles
60,000 to 70,000 miles
70,000 to 80,000 miles
80,000 to 90,000 miles
90,000 to 100,00 miles
100,000+ miles

Whats the mileage on your ZR-1s (Not a Poll)

I told the salesman it was worth every penny. Sorry if you're interested in buying it. You're welcome if you're not.

How rare are the manual heat/air controls? Wish my 124k mile car looked that good.

Only the first few were available with manual controls.
I think this was 1990 number 294. I did notice some of the rad hoses had been changed. Interior looked good, spotted a few blemishes in the paint.

Re: 1990 for sale

My '90 with only 17K - which was nearly perfect and had had $15K in mods and "restoration" dumped into it - languished for months at an asking price of $25K/OBO. I finally traded it in on a C6 and got only about $20K. The moral of the story is that what you think they're "worth" and what you can get for them are usually two quite different figures. With ZR-1s, most of the guys in the world who value them highly are on this site regularly and already have one or more of the cars. They're awesome cars with amazing engines, but the rest of the world doesn't value them highly, unfortunately. The "value" of these cars is purely speculative. $24K for a less than perfect Z with 27,000 miles is too high, in my opinion.

I have 1990 #72 and it does not have manual Heat/Air controls

from my website ... click HERE
In 1990 only 124 ZR-1's were ordered without RPO-C68 (i.e. they were equipped with RPO-C60, Manual A/C) making them somewhat rare. The final ZR-1 built with RPO-C60 was VIN #2957.

There is a search tool on the Registry's main site that allows you to find/print out the VIN numbers of particular color combos, top options, and, in the case of 1990, the number of RPO-C60's (Manual A/C). I can't put my hands on the tool at the moment or I would give you the earliest C60; however, the last C60 with Manual A/C is #2957 and is in my garage. If my memory is correct production of the C60 Z's started early and was spread throughout the 1990 build cycle; I'm not sure if any were built back-to-back.
