Fog lights

Hello everyone it's been awhile,I'm replacing fog lights there very cloudy,can't figure how to remove them,do I need to take off bumper?it's a 90 zr1

To replace on a '90, yes you need to remove. If you have the FSM see 8B-8 and if you've never removed the fascia and the absorber it's quite a challenge.
