Criteria: final assembly and 75% of parts made in
the USA or Canada
List includes a couple Toyotas and a Honda...?

There are a lot of maquiladoras along the mexican border towns making all manner of subcontracted auto parts. A lot of big name makes too...Bendix, Delco, Caterpillar...etc etc. People get $35 a week- plain and simple economics.
