Air Dam Help

Can someone tell me what to use and how to get scratches and scuff marks out of the front air dam?
(Other then buy a new one..) I have several scuffs on it from PO and would like to clean em up....

Not sure what you can use as the spoiler is a textured surface, About all I have done is use 100 grit sandpaper to remove the burs or clean-up the lower edge. Maybe someone else will have a suggestion.
