A couple "restoration" but not NCRS questions...

Hey all,

Wasn't really sure whether this one should go in the "wanted" section, at least not yet...

I'd like to get an OEM tire gauge and a wheel lock holder for my '90. My understanding is that the early '90s had that plastic clip for the lock, and then they switched to the velcro thing. Is this the case? May as well get the one that would have come with my car, which is #2954, a VERY late '90. Am I right about the early (plastic) vs. late (velcro) deal?

Also, on the tire gauge, anyone have one for sale? None on eBay and White's site lists them but what a JOKE; that site's inventory levels haven't been updated since probably 2004, so I seriously doubt they have them.

Thanks brothers!

Correct yours would have the velcro for holding the locking lug nut socket.

I may have one of the tire gauges will check if your intrested.

Thanks Brad! Definitely, if you have a good OEM gauge for sale, I'm a playa, as GC would say. Let me know.

Cheers!

FWIW mine has the plastic clip and it is USELESS. Nowhere near tight enough to hold the wheel key, and being plastic can't be made tighter. So the key rides deep down below.
