Plug suggestions?

My life's been lacking in grief lately so I thought Id replace the plugs this weekend,any suggestions?The cars got a set of MSD coils,Thanks.

Probably going to kick the Hornets nest but I put E3 plugs in. Have a couple hundred miles on them. They smoothed out the idle on my work truck so I figured why not try them in the Z. So far, so good.

Running NGK TR7IX. They were recommended by Marc and have been working well for several years now. My .02.

AC Delco FR1LS, unless you need the taper seat.
