Jerry's Gaskets
 

As a new '91 ZR-1 owner I am learning to love fixing things and trouble shooting :cheers:

As part of my journey, I just ordered some parts through Jerry's Gaskets. I first placed my order, then realized I needed to change it. I called Jerry (a few times) and each time he walked me through the process and helped guide me to the correct purchase. He made the change order EXTREMELY easy and combined my orders so I wouldn't have to pay shipping twice.

Not only was he fantastic to deal with, but he guided me to the Tech Data on his website to help me with the installation/repair.

Jerry made a mistake on my refund which benefited me. I called him to explain that he refunded ME too much money (more than I was supposed to). He said he would rather keep me as a customer and not to worry about the excess refund.

This type of integrity, customer service, and consumer education is damn near a lost art in this day and age. However, Jerry seems to keep true to serving quality American service.

A huge salute and a BIG THANK YOU to Jerry's Gaskets from a loyal customer. He will be my first call for all my future ZR-1 needs. :salute:

I agree with everyone. Jerry also offers products for our ZR-1 that are discontinued or obsolete, he could charge whatever he wants but the prices are fair and reasonable.
