Does anyone happen to know any history of 1991 #103. Its Black with red interior. just seeing if anyone knows of it and knows any of the life it led.

Dave, I'm looking at buying it.. Took it for a spin today drove nice, but could tell at least a partial repaint. Its a Black with red interior from Delaware, I have some pics in my camera, just of course not with me.
