Mine is a 90 with a (non whining) black label (my spare is also)
both have these numbers
PN: 1052000031
S6-40 GM# 10150046

Since yours in a 91 things may be different.

From Bill B. web site: http://www.zfdoc.com/S640Parts.htm

1052 000 087 is the correct number for a 1995 model year transmission

I understand the part # is correct but if I were having one shipped after a buy I'd want to see a "measuring stick" in a snapshot along side the input shaft to confirm that it's actually correct. There's a 31mm difference in the L98/LT1-4 input shaft. I'd want to see the 7.5"/190.5mm confirmed, case to tip of shaft! If it's a dimension closer to 6.279"/159.5mm it's a "no go"!

Getting it from a ZR-1 owner in the Chicago area gtabert he is dropping it off at Marc's for me as Marc will do the install. I'm sure if its not right Mark will let me know. The #'s came from the pic. of the tags on box.
