92 Lumbar pump

I just purchased a new pump but the 3 hose lengths are not the same as what is on the car. Can I pull the hoses off the old and reattach to the new or will that cause a problem?

Charlie,

I would disengage existing carefully and reattach to the new pump.

Will try to pry off the rubber hoses and hope they reattach. If I lose my nerve, might wait for next maintenance day and do it under the watchful eyes of WAZOO's who know what they are doing.
If anybody can use the old lumber pump, they are welcome to it.
Also got my Hurst short shifter in the mail.

Yeah, Be careful Charlie, I have two seats right now both with broken hose couplers, need to come up with a fix to make them functional again.

Don't think I'm going to make it Saturday. I've got the wheels off my car right now with the centers removed for polishing. Will be pulling my exhaust off this Sat to install some emission compliant cats from Phil so I can get my emission test done this month :pray. If you want to leave it with Jim, I'm sure I will get there eventually.
Thanks
Rich

Sorry we will miss you this weekend and good luck with the emissions. I will leave the disk with Jim. I put Maryland Historic plates on mine so do not have to have inspection or pass emissions. In Maryland, 20 years old and you qualify. Cost of plates is 1/4 of regular plate price as well.
