LT-5 price opinion

Got an inquiry on buying my LT-5 project

siamesed plenum
siamese ported heads
custom grind cams
all new gaskets and rings

Looking on thoughts of value given it as a good working engine

There is a whole string on line...yes this is my first LT-5 build.

Kent Moore tools used....its not really rocket science...
