Vettes of the Rockies
 

Are any of the Colorado ZR-1 owners going? I will most likely be there, but my Z wont as I will be installing a new A/C compressor.

I was a bit disappointed this year. Only 1 ZR-1. Mostly C-5 & C-6'S. I can drive down the road and see those.

It seems like the number of ZR-1s attending VOTR is declining every year.

I've been three times.....the drive back SUCKS!!! That and old ladies with corvette earings and matching corvette hats makes me want to puke...lol.

The drive back last year was miserable. Dead stopped for almost 20 minutes. Its was the decideing factor in a last minute desicion not to go this year.

It was bad, took the frontage roads all the way from George Town to Idaho Springs, but it beat working around the house. I do need to get the A/C compressor changed on then Z. Black car with the Temps we are having is tough. We stilll need to get the Colorado ZR-1' together. Do you guys ever get to cars and coffee @ the great indoors?. When for the first time several weeks ago and had a blast.

We go to the cars and coffee there a couple times per year. Haven't been to many this year, although have passed by on C470 and seen a lot of Vettes in the lot. We could start another thread and put a date for a C&C get together. We should be in for any weekend but this one.
