Finally finished something I always wanted to do
 

I have now taught myself to play Jimmy Hendrix's "Little Wing" on guitar. This is something I always wanted to do, but I cannot read music, and can only play by ear. Not as good as his, or Stevie Ray's version of it, but it will get better through repetition.

Off the wall, who cares, but I thought I would share because it makes ME feel GOOD lol

Congratulations on your achievement!
Amazing how Jimi Hendrix's incredible brilliance with the guitar still endures after almost 50 years now. Remember listening to his "Are You Experienced" album on my older brother's 4 track car stereo (yes, I said 4 track).
Awh, those were the days.
Now my 17 year old son is playing Jimi's stuff on his electric guitar and thinks its cool.

Thanks guys. To fully appreciate his music you have to play it. I have figured out a few of his songs, but this was by far the most difficult.
