Well the uncommon sense of Virginia is at it again

Re: Well the uncommon sense of Virginia is at it again
The first paragraph speaks to "excessive noise" not the actual banning of aftermarket exhaust as in California. Are the limits very restrictive? From what I have seen of exhaust system design, it seems the issue of noise isn't much of a problem. What prompted this?

It will be interesting to see how far this bill goes. Please keep us non-VA guys posted.

H.B. 462 fails to recognize that aftermarket exhaust systems offer increased performance, which can make a vehicle safer by improving its ability to merge, pass, travel uphill, etc. Exactly :sign10:

Well, the same lack of common sense legislatures that: -Banned radar detectors -Require front license plates -During sex lights must be out and only missionary position is to be used (no kidding) The way most are reading the bill, only OEM exhausts can be installed thus NO aftermarket at all. |
