I would defy anyone to look a the car and find anything that looks like its on a 75k milage car. This car is as clean as they come! If I was creating a checkerboard this would be the red to my black!!!

Thanks guys, I think all of you are right.

It really is a nice car. I'm just ready for something else. Something that still has a "Z" in the name maybe....

Bump;
Get it now, and spend the Fall/Winter months getting it ready to go for the next driving season (not that there's really much to do).

Re: '94 ZR-1 For Sale

An incredible value for $24.5K given its excellent condition and all the mods and TLC Nick has put into this fine automobile. The lucky person who buys it will be getting a real prize that can more than hold its own against the newer stuff thats out there.

Well, guess it's my turn to plug a car for someone. Certainly have had kind remarks on this Forum about mine.

I also have seen Nick's car. If you know anyone who has been looking to get into a Z, this would be the one, no question about it. It has all the mods you would want, it has been well taken care of and everything is in great condition. Especially now that the tires have been done with Adams VRT, ha ha.

All kidding aside. This is a great car. GL Nick. We all need that right now.

Just keep it Nick. I think the new Z06 will make a good garage mate for the ZR-1.

Jeff, it looks like I may have no choice. Buyers aren't exactly kicking down my garage door.

Re: '94 ZR-1 For Sale

The car market has been in the tank for some time.
Now with the financial crunch and world wide recession people are not spending money. There is a company who sells collectibles and when they come out with a special new piece every 5 years the items sell like hotcakes to the point they need to have a lottery for the right to buy because demand always exceeds the limited production. This year they came out with a piece that sells for $3,600.00 which is typical of previous piece prices. They had 2nd and 3rd chance lotteries because no one was buying. Brokers who normally pay above retail to lottery winners because the demand in so high are stuck with ones they bought anticipating the typical demand.

The moral of the story is that unless you need to sell, hold on until things improve. Otherwise you might be faced with selling well below what you want to get, or what it is worth during normal times.

I guess nobody sees the merit of purchasing a sound investment. Maybe everyone is putting their money in the stock market instead. :dancing

If I didn't buy my 08 Cobalt in May 08 AND didn't have my cash in the stupid 401K, which is now a 101K, I'd have bought another ZR-1.....preferably one exactly like yours Nick!

I can't see it...not if a person factors anything at all in for their time. That's a lot of work, IMO. Your cars too nice in one piece anyways :).

Don't you dare "part out" that beauty.
