ZR1registry Group buy (Stainless Works Headers)

hey Members....

We will have a group buy (me included) on Stainless Works Headers and need to purchase by June 20th. I can't post the price, so please post here and let me know who is interested (I will PM or email you the price).

If you have a non LT5 / ZR1, you can still get "cost" on any Corvette out there. C4 / C5 / C6 / Z06 Also if you are interested in any exhaust system, you get the same % discount on anything available.

Visit http://www.stainlessworks.net/cart/index.php

The Club gets no $$$ or kickback, this is for Members Only please.....

Cheers!

I assume you mean on the listserver. If so just link this thread for those who do not normally come to the forum.

Just a reminder, there's two listservs, one is just for registry members, which sounds like the one you want. Can you include the price in it if you do it that way? I already have headers, but curious what the savings is.

Re: ZR1registry Group buy (Stainless Works Headers)

I'm down for right now.

Just tell me where & when to send the paypal!

Will they allow us to buy the heat coating?:o

Thanks,
Tom

Also, another stupid Q ..... these headers will not come with the plumbing for the A.I.R. system & O2's, right? If not does anyone know where to get this stuff added.....NYS will not pass the car without this stuff.

Tom,

You get the discount on everything you need... Coating, custom muffler, etc.

Not a stupid question @ all about other pieces (I asked that too)... I'm trying to get a complete package so anyone can install it. Should have a # by tuesday next week

Cheers!

David

Re: ZR1registry Group buy (Stainless Works Headers)

Thanks Dave!

I'm still in regardless.....it will just be a matter of salvaging the old A.I.R. plumbing and finding someone to weld up that stuff and the O2 bungs....for me anyway. Got to pass NYS emissions inspection...

If I only took that welding course.....

Next year I am probably in for sure...go ahead and pm me the info for this deal though just in case.

ZZZZZR1 06-03-2008 03:40 PM

Re: ZR1registry Group buy (Stainless Works Headers)

info on the headers:

90-95 ZR1 Corvette Headers. 2" tuned length primary tubes, 3/8" cnc laser cut flanges. Port Matched to factory cylinder heads with oval ports. No emmissions, air tube fittings, or catalytic converters-for off highway use only. These headers make awesome power and are dyno proven to make over 30 RWHP more than factory manifolds. Excellent fitting headers that will require some minor cutting and welding to connect to the factory exhaust system. Std. finish

They are making high flow cats (same discount) and also stainless steel (lifetime warranty) exhaust systems with different modes available (deep rumble, Agressive, HP / racing and moderate quiet). All products they have are @ our discount except the coating which they don't mark up.

We do have a package of Headers, Hi Flow Cats, and Exhaust system pricing available (Complete). These systems will be shipped ready to install.

No X pipe is needed, unless you are supercharging or turbocharging your Z.....

My plans for headers this year have been "washed" away with our floods here in Iowa.:( River isn't expected to crest(9' ^flood stage) here till tuesday and will be into one of our properties. Maybe next year on the headers.
