i've been busier than a two dicked dog.
custom bar is goin up
almost all electric is installed
the landlord's part of the build
will be done in the next 10 days
after that, they hand it over to me
for the equipment install
painting, and decorations
what day is it? :mrgreen:

funny you mention that, my wife said it was tacky to put pics in the men's johnny, we went to a nice place she likes, and i'm standing there ready to pull out the dinosaur tail, and the owner has like 50 pics of
hot chicks next to cars. i almost dragged her in the
potty to show her. :sign10:

the bar is built other than the final oak finish.
electic is in, plumbing is in.
and the greatest news of all

I just hired a bartender, pics will follow in a week or so. but

If she's not a 9.5 i will kiss each and everyone' here right on the arse.

She is penthouse material, no shitz. 27. married, but is a flirt.
they own a 2007 corvette, did i mention she is beyond hot.
she stopped by the build today, after i had left.
the carpenters were all calling me at home

update:

I have fought off my anxiety attacks and even i think a couple of
heart attacks, and the build is still creeping forward.
Thanks to those of you, that sent me some items, they will be
displayed proudly. The white box, as the landlord calls it, is almost complete, the painter will be finished this week, after that
the floor stain will be applied, and i start moving equipment inside.
we are shooting for an opening around mid may, so i might make
Bowling Green, for at least a couple of days, i'm hoping.
below is a couple of more pics, the ceiling is painted, and the bar is complete except for the staining. which will be mahogany to match our bar stools, chairs and doors. :cheers:
