*BOUGHT* WTB: 1991 ZR-1 Passenger Door Needed!

Hey My fellow ZR1 Lovers,

I am in desperate need of a passenger side door for my '91 ZR1 that was damaged in a fender bender.

I have replied to a posting by "phrogs" who has a parts car, but I wanted to post a request wide to the forum as well.

Anyone you can point me in the right direction for a passenger door, I will be forever in you debt.

Did you try Mirrock Corvette in Pennsylvania? He specializes in C4 parts and has helped many a ZR-1 owner. Phrogs is a good place to start but I would certainly check with Mirrock if Phrogs doesn't have a door for you. --Bob

I have a good passenger door shell I'll say $400 plus shipping but see what the other guy says in California on the Corvette forum. Shipping will be the big hurdle.

Hey Phrogs! Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.

If the other guy in California has the user name WockaFlocka, then that is my son. We are building up this car together.

We now have a line on two different door shells. Yours and one other. Is there any way you can send me photos of the door shell? I would love to try and select the one that has the least amount of fiberglass work needed. I think your price is fair and we can figure out shipping.

Thanks again Phrogs!

Hey -=Jeff=-

thanks for the message. Right now I currently have a line on two passenger door shells. One with Phrogs and one with Mirrock Corvette.

If things don't work out with either Phrogs or Mirrock I will shoot you a message!

Hey Phrogs, This door is great. We should talk about how we purchase the door from you and figure out shipping. Are you sill located in Kalamazoo? Im from Mishawaka IN and you aren't far from a lot of my family. Maybe we can figure something out.

Hey Phrogs, we are also in need of two other items:
1) Passenger side Rocker Panel
2) Passenger side Fender Panel.

Let us know if those are available and then lets talk price.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: 1991 ZR1 Passenger Door Needed!

Hey Phrogs,

Forgive me, but I'm new to the ZR1 forum. Either I don't have the rights to send a private message or I just can't figure out how to do it.

If you send me a private message I am happy to share my details with you and we can figure out how to make arrangements on the door.

Like I said. I have family and friends all over northern Indiana and southern Michigan. Im sure I can find someone that will pick up the door for me and then I can figure out shipping on my end.

Re: 1991 ZR1 Passenger Door Needed!

Hey Phrogs,

I received your private message, "Lets see if you get this"

Currently I am unable to reply to that message. This is due to me not having an "Advanced" membership. I received an email from Ted Feder, the website administrator saying that I need to purchase an advanced membership. I am doing that right now.

In the meantime. Here is my email address. jmonroe180@gmail.com

Please email me here, and then I will share my phone number, and we can make arrangements for purchasing the door. I apologize for the inconvenience.
