Nothing really. Long time ago we had the ZR-1 Registry run by Larry Merow. Also back then there was/is something called the "ZR-1 Net" which was just an email list server for ZR-1 owners to email and ask questions of other ZR-1 owners. This still exists today. (You don't need to be a member of any club to belong to the ZR-1 Net)

The ZR-1 Registry closed and the LT5 Registry started for a short time and closed.

So we took the well known "ZR-1 Net" and expanded it into a real club and called it the "ZR-1 Net Registry" which is now on its 3rd year.
