What's the benefit of it over, say, an empty spare tire tray? It looks like it would be heavier and maybe possibly less "clean" to air passing under?

It's ordered, Typically I get things in less than 2 weeks from them. With a order for 4 of them, I'm not sure how they shipped them.

Hopefully I see them the begining of the week.
