I am surprised none of the tires blew out.

That car was a beauty but took a big hit. I wonder if the General has parts to fix all these. Maybe an opportunity for any NOS parts to come off the shelf of the C2, C4 crowd. I imagine Blue Flame can do it based on what I've seen here on the forum.

C4 parts are plentiful. Only need to verify chassis specs and A-B pillars geometry before replacing panels.

Good as new.

Jeff Spicoli: Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.

Re: Looks like a job for Brett Henderson

Entire left side of car has been damaged. Looks like it landed on the nose and rolled to the right.
-Front bumper cover hanging low and to the left side (possible frame horn damage)
-Left front fender broken above front tire.
-Drivers door appears to have large scratch just behind hood (maybe just the lighting).
-Windshield shattered on right side.
-A pillar and B pillars seem fairly straight, but impossible to tell for sure until measured.
-Rear window smashed
-Targa top lifted or split on passenger side, hard to tell exactly in this angle.
-Left rear quarter panel broken above side marker light, deep gouges above tire and just prior to rear bumper cover
-Rear Bumper cover broken in at least three places, lots of deep gouges on left side. CHMSL broken from mounting, tail light missing on right side.
-Rear deck lid looks damaged, can't really tell extent of damage from this angle.
-Passenger side door window broken out, probably lots of damage to door.
-Exhaust outlet flattened on drivers side

Certainly fixable, just won't be cheap and won't ever be the same again.

That car is easily fixable, and can be done so that no-one could tell it was ever worked on from the exterior. Lotsa parts available, not rocket science, but could easily be blundered by the wrong person.

That isnt bad at all.

With GM doing the restorations, I would bet it would be undetectable.

Well, GM is overseeing the restoration, who knows who will be doing the actual work. But I agree the work will be "top notch".

Great skills and experience are involved with restorations, true craftsmen.
