Chicago Bound
I'll be in Chicago (Addison) on Sunday evening (Aug. 4th) picking up my car, any of my FBI buds want to get a beer and some grub before I blow town?
|
Re: Chicago Bound
Robert,
I'd be up for that. |
Re: Chicago Bound
I'm bringing and LT5 shortblock to Pete. Might as well be on Sunday. I'll try to make it, Bob! (Any reason to tip a "few"!)

Re: Chicago Bound
Are we meeting at Home Run? I asked Pete. He may come depending.
Can we get Al and Bob? How about Ken and Kevin? |
Re: Chicago Bound
I don't know the area at all so if you locals can suggest somewhere easy to find from Marc's that would be great. Tell Pete to put on his depends and come out ;)

Sunday night is a "school night", so I expect the gang will be tea-sippers, nobody being carried out, no traditional Fast n Sexy girls this time (unless Pete puts on that hot pink tu-tu again), but pizza at Home Run Inn would be about 10 minutes from Marc's. Should we call an "emergency meeting" at Home Run Pizza????:dancing P. |
Re: Chicago Bound
Wish I could make it', but I am currently in the Black Hills, SD on my way to Wyoming

Playing with MapQuest.... what is the best way to get to Sioux Falls from Addison? Are the toll roads worth it or should I avoid them?

From Keystone take Highway 244 to the Mount Rushmore Memorial entrance. From Rapid City, go southwest on Highway 16 for 23 miles. You can get free state highway maps from the South Dakota Department of Tourism by calling (605) 773-3301 or (800) 732-5682 |

http://www.blackhillsbadlands.com/ho...torcycle-rally http://www.sturgis.com/ http://www.mountrushmoreinfo.com/ima...ore-map300.gif Sturgis is just a few miles North on I-90 from Rapid City (top of map). |

Re: Chicago Bound
Hey can't wait to see you guys, should be a lot of fun.
Hmmm, hadn't dawned on me that Sturgis was going on, that might make for some ugly traffic. |
Re: Chicago Bound
Oh yeah I-90 from Elgin to Rockford is under construction.. 45 mph limit. I saw at least 2 motorcycle cops on my way out on Thursday.
