What's the last movie you watched?
 

In an effort to bring something other than politics to Off Topic, I would like to know what the last movie you saw was, and how would you rate it.
I just watched Tinker Tailor Solider Spy. It's a suspense/drama set in the 70's British Intelligence. You definitly have to pay attention, probably have to watch it twice to fully understand it. But overall it was a pretty good movie. I'd give it 3 stars out of 5, or 7 out of 10, which ever you prefer,lol. I'd recommend it.

Moonrise Kingdom - A simple and beautiful film that embodies the wonderment of youth... I enjoyed it so much, I took my father to see it the next week. Go see this movie.

Spending for the 2012 election is to be $10 BILLION
up $3 BILLION from 2008.
The $3 Billion comes from Romney companies hoping for a cut of the action. You can thank the supreme court for ruling that Companies are like people.

What a creepy movie. Go see it.

Last movie I watched (just watched it on the way home from work today while on the commuter train) Drive - starring Ryan Gosling, Bryan Cranston, and Carry Mulligan. I really enjoyed that movie. It was filmed and written in a unique manner. I know there was a definite divide with some people, either they loved it, or hated it.

I'm hoping to go see that new cop movie End of Watch next weekend.

Thought I put this warning out there. I like Adam Sandler, Happy Gilmore is one of my favorites, but Jack and Jill is one of the worse pieces of crap I've seen, lol. Turned it off in under 30 min.. Save yourself from this flick.

Just saw "The Last Stand" with Arnold in it.
There is a ZR1 in it with 1000hp.
Fun to watch but the bad guy is driving it.
Arnold drives a Camero (ZL1 ?)

Overall a fun movie to see with one of my sons.
But the plot is predictable.
There is one memorable quote:
"the ZR1 will out run any helicopter"

Last movie I saw at a movie theater was Bond James Bonds latest, but just the other day I watched My Cousin Vinny on TV and a couple of weeks before that on TV I watched Caddyshack. I'm a sucker for good comedies.

Tommy Lee Jones as radical Republican Thaddeus Stevens was an example of great acting :thumbsup:
If you think there is "politics" in Politics now......see the movie........Politics has always been that way ;)
I guess that is the way Democracy works except we now have the Internet :D

"Trouble With The Curve" with Clint Eastwood, Amy Adams and Justin Timberlake and one of my favorites, big John Goodman who I like a lot in many movies. I doubt he could get into my ZR-1 but I enjoy seeing him in movies. Eastwood is probably past the reasonable age of acting but as a director actors fall all over themselves trying to work in movies he directs. Amy Adams is not a classic beauty but she is one wholesome looking, gorgeous woman all the same.

Besides, I like movies with happy endings where jerks get some justice outside the system.
