Need a get together down in Chesapeake. Maybe we could do a Richmond test and tune. There are a few ZR-1s down here.

Well, I'm 100% sure it is my water pump. It's still strange, it wouldn't leak with the pressure tester. It only leaks when there is no vacuum or pressure in the coolant system. It had sat 4 days without leaking a drop since it never lost pressure/vacuum.

I was able to trace it and it's leaking from the pully.

Just an update. It's Sunday April 15th for my waterpump install.

I received it and it is in the original GM box, so I'm ready.

Truth is we had nobody in the wazoo area 5 years ago (people were there but nobody stood up and said "let's get together")

It took meeting other Z owners @ car shows, locating them
on the forums and emailing out to get things started

We had a huge group @ Darrins home a few weeks ago and should have a big turnout Saturday with a trans install. (thanks to Darrin for all he does!!!)

If you are interested in getting a group started, I'd love to help

Thanks Jim for your help and use of your lift. Still no leaks, so it was a success.

I think some of the "supplemental" manuals from my service manual may have slipped out from my binder and be somewhere in your black car. No big deal, I'll get them at the next meet if they are there.
