Going to start a new set soon, probably 8 weeks to complete porting:

$450 Stage I 36mm secondary runners/injector bosses removed on primary/2ndry...primaries opened at top to 36mm
$700 Stage II 36mm
$1000 Stage II with PC

Thanks, best part is no down time, I have cores here I port them and when you are ready, you pull your parts and we exchange....and no payment til its done

sammy, notice I sad factory parts not stock. I want to port them but I don't want to swap them for another set...which is the problem

I'm sure he'll sell ya the ported peices and forgo the swap, just cost you a little more coin. I was thinking the same as you several years ago but at my rate I would never had got it done.. Glad I jumped in with both feet because it has been well worth it. :cheers:

sorry about that . i dont think though that there are any markings on the plenum and injhousings that tell you what number engine they came off . i was just having a little fun ,saying that you will LOVE the new power of the ported stuff . also the fact that one can get them on an exchange deal is way nice to. i had to send mine out and the car was down for 3 months .plus his pricing is very fair

No problem mate. I want to keep my factory parts plus if I get the top end pced ill have to do the cam covers too. And if I have the covers off I minus whale do the heads too. Ill start slow. Used headers and exhaust

So are we talking just switching out the plenums, keeping the same injectors, etc?

What is the difference of stage I and stage II?

Stage I is I open tops to 36mm and remove bosses from all runners...but the primary starts at 36mm and necks down to 32-33mm stock .

STage II is 36mm all the way through on primary and 2ndry

Stage II is approx 30RWHP.....obviusly if the car is not running right, cams mistimed, etc the car is not going to gain HP....


Others charge $2200-$3200 for the same service depending on extras

One set of IHs roughed out at 35+mm all the way through, the other with bosses removed....will have the whole package done soon and ready for exchange!

Price is 700 + shipping with exchange for porting....PC is $300 extra

These are the splinters of Aluminum from 1 IH and thats just the top 2-3 inches of the IH ....thats a 35mm fooseball sitting in the mess

How long do i have to return my originals to you? Also, can you plug the secondaries, as i have the bypass from Haibeck?

The secondaries are in the head so I cannot......typically I do not ship the ported parts until I receive the core and payment.

Shipping is not included......

Powdercoat is top end, cam do cam covers for alittle more.

Not sure how many more of these I will be doing, done about 12-13 of these.....got promoted to a Director role, so my new job takes alot of my time.

A few people asked how big the ports were, they are 36mm....here is a 35.3mm foose ball dropping through the port.
