91-95 Emblems; Version II
This ended up costing my some cash due to going to a new company, 2 mold fees and 2 artworks drawings to get it right:

Notice that these have the recessed banner on the chevron side.....I could not get that before..... Good chance these will be availble from Jerrys also.... Photos don't do them justice |

yep, not going anywhere with some of that on it, no need to rough up the surface, etc.....also don't go too crazy with the amount...

Put the emblem on the cover first without any RTV and tap it with your finger,you can hear it slightly bounce around.Now put a small dab of RTV in the cam cover recess,not enough to reach the edges of the recess once pressure is applied to the emblem and place the emblem and again tap on it,no bounce you have enough RTV.This may sound a little extreme but too much RTV and you have a nasty mess and who knows if the RTV will stain the paint on the cam covers.This works for me.
