Sorry GC, yes just 1 Each Army wise (can't seem to get the QM out of my system...ha, ha). I don't know if I will keep two ZR-1s as much as I would like to. Please let me know payment details. Thanks again.

Add 1 for me please!

My Haibeck chip obviates the need for the power key..

Given the concern regarding the potential lean situation by running on only the secondary fuel pump, this fix should be absolutely emergency only?

Yes this is purely a limp home option as an emergency measure. As such should be stored in your glove box or rear storage compartment for those road trips.

The fuel pump test connection is very useful when 12 Vdc is applied with an ammeter. A running fuel pump will draw about (I don't remember the exact number) 4 amps. If the ammeter reading is > 8 amps, then two pumps are running in test mode.

Jim

I was told by someone in Marc Haibecks shop that the secondary FP pigtail can be used in place of a failed primary FP. For the past year I've had piece of mind knowing the jumper I've had in the car will get me out of a jam. Anybody that wants to make one of these can get all of the GM,Delphi,Packard hardware from Terminal Supply.
