Dodge Demon Easter Eggs explained:
http://www.roadandtrack.com/car-show...n-easter-eggs/ http://roa.h-cdn.co/assets/17/15/980...vidcdc4bce.jpg "This one all depended on your age," Kuniskis said. "If you were under 40, you thought it was a hashtag; if you were over 40 it was a pound sign." Chalk one up for the older folks: "The license plate tells you what the weight transfer is—2576 lbs is what's required to transfer to the rear to teeter-totter this car and lift the front end," Kuniskis said. The 35? That's how high the car lifts its front wheels, in inches, on launch, as verified by Guinness Book. http://a57.foxnews.com/images.foxnew....jpg?ve=1&tl=1 |
Re: New Dodge Demon
You have to admit that last shot is some pretty cool S--T....How much is the horsepower of a scat pack dodge,500?......300 more horsepower......Now that's a huge gain....

Re: New Dodge Demon
Its not how high it lifts them...it is how far it carries them down the track in the air.

Re: New Dodge Demon
It's amazing how much horsepower they can put into production cars today ..Was technology so anemic back in 1990 that the ZR-1 can only muster 375 horse? I know what many will say,375 was a lot for 1990....
Considering a base challenger I'm guessing puts out 450-500 horse, a 300-350 jump in horse to the Demon is incredible.. Back in 90 I believe a standard Vette got you 245 horse....The ZR-1 got you 375...Not a big difference by today's standards.. |
