Yes, we are heading up Wednesday morning. Depending on the route we could link up at I55 at Brookhaven or I55 at Vicksburg.

Just made my reservation...coming in on Wedensday and leaving Sunday morning.

In years past the agenda was posted on the website...where is it this year?

Do we register direct with the Museum as in the past? (It has been a few years since I attended). What is the projected rate?

How does it work ? we meet at the Hotel and travel to the museum? do it cost to get into the museum? or park ? etc never been there - I dont know the process.

Corbusa: Generally people make their own way to the museum, the hotel is just where most people stay, though I'm sure you could hook up with people there and travel together if you wanted. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the museum. The registration fee usually includes admittance to the museum and there are no additional fees for parking.

Just made reservations and was told only room available is a double bed smoking room through the ZR-1 registry. Had to use my senior discount and pay a little more but we will be there.

Arriving Wednesday late afternoon and staying through until Sunday AM. Can't wait.

There's also a new Holiday Inn Express right at the Scottsville Rd/I65 exit now. 5 min from the University Plaza Holiday Inn (where most everyone stays each year) and 5 min from the NCM.

Paul, I have no clue why you had any problem getting the room that you wanted. Either I or Dave will give the Hotel a call and see what can be done.
