What a sensational ZR1. Incredible work. If only the Canadian dollar wasn’t in the ditch.

Thank you sir. I'm glad you like it. I remember taking a trip up to vancouver 20+ years ago and everything was 40% off!

When I lived in the US. Coming up here was great fun for shopping. However, when you get paid in Canadian dollars, things are worse.

This still isn’t sold??? An absolutely magnificent car. I wish someone would buy it so I’d stop thinking about it.

Mine is with Marty paid the freight to get it there 3,600 mile 90 two NCRS Top Flights 99.2 and 100. I feel that is the best way to get close to what you want for it. Plus Marty is a great guy and very easy to work with. Didn't want to sell it but found a 67 I had to have and ran out of room.

Marty & I had a great conversation a while back and I agree he would be the best option. I wish he wasnt 2,000+ miles away. I was getting ready to market it a bit on my own till the pandemic hit. We will see how things playout. I could go either way with it. Theres something to be said about driving a NEW 29 year old unmodified car. I've owned/raced a 650 hp C6Z amoung other cars. This one is smooooth w/ no squeaks or rattles. Maybe that happens at the 10K mile mark.

Lol thanks.

Seriously though, if our dollar wasn’t so deep in the ditch right now, I’d have bought it already. Unfortunately, at the current exchange rate, it’s over $55,000 Canadian. Plus shipping and import costs. So better part of $60k. I’ve done a lot of thinking trying to make this work. It hurts even more because the US and Canadian dollars were at par not too many years ago.

It’s why I’m shocked that no one else has bought it. Can you imagine what a 1991 911 Turbo in this condition would fetch? Or an NSX? This is truly a museum quality copy of one of the finest performance cars of the late 20th century. A Ferrari Daytona for the era.

I do hope the market smartens up and all you guys get what you actually deserve for these magnificent cars. That’s after I buy mine, of course! :)
