Heads are nearly final, just need to adjust the velocity a bit at the housing interface and do some higher speed airflow tests. It is really trick how he shaped the port at the entry to cope with that awkward angle.

Final chamber volume ends up at 49cc's.

Pistons are on order now.

Great work Todd.

One thing comes to mind reading all the posts. Remember all the bashing about how long it took to get a stroker built? Now that you guys are doing your own and encountering the same type of delays, it put it into proper perspective.

BTW, I am going to have full siamesed plenum gaskets made that are oversized on the outside shape (to cover the welded up areas, and undersized on the inside port area, so that they can be trimmed to fit each individual engine since the port configurations vary.

Some new eye candy. Custom CP pistons arrived.

Unfortunately, these were ordered without the valve reliefs -- a mistake by the builder . We've ordered a second lot with the correct valve reliefs. I also took the opportunity to make a few other tweaks to the design.

These will be for sale soon. Even w/o valve reliefs, they will handle some moderate cams.
