Sorry when the thread departed a bit. The bottom line is: When you go with steel cams or big lobes, think about the lifters and weight reduction too.

When your cams are ready post a pic please.

I've decided to only keep one set of cores for myself. There is one set available for immediate sale. Blanks $2400, or finished cams $4400, plus shipping.

ZR-1 friends, I am about to launch another batch of semi-finished camshaft cores. These are proven in several competition-level LT-5's. We can finish them, or you can source your own final grinding vendor.

despite inflation of steel over the last 5 years, I can still offer new semi-finished cores for $2400. I need at least 5 full sets to launch this batch.
