Hey Dom,

Sorry, I had to wait until the weekend to check it since my memory is only about 5 minutes these days. I replaced the side marker with LED, but when checking the reverse light I see did not with only the stock 1156 bulb in there. I am going to research the rest that I may have missed in the front too. As for my Euro tail lamps, I think I only did the stop/tail and not the amber turn signals so I'll get to those too and sooner or later get every bulb LED. I did not mess with bulbs in the dash yet. :cheers:

Is the stop/taillight a series of LEDs or an LED "bulb"?

Just an LED bulb; I want to say 1157s for my Euro set. So I just need some 1156 LEDs for my turn signals behind the amber lens and those reverse on the side rear. Thanks for mentioning it.

So there are LED's to replace the 1157's bulbs? ( tail and brake ? blinker ?)

Yes, there are and I would say to use the guidance from places like superbrightleds.com and keep the bulbs the same color as the lens for best results:

I went and checked all my bulbs today and saw that I replaced the reverse lights (around license plates) with Wagner 795 (50 Watt) bulbs some time ago. I think I also recall replacing one of the relay switches too for the life of the switch on the transmission and maybe due to higher watt bulb for reverse bulb.

Fast forward now to the days where LEDs are standard, what did you replace yours with? I see that corvettemods.com (also known as Mid America it seems) has even HID reverse lamp kit ($70); their LEDs for back up lamps are ($28). I don't use reverse a whole lot, but it sure is nice to have a lot of light when backing up. I would imagine the HIDs will be way brighter than my 50Ws and wondering the comparison to LEDs. I definitely want to replace the side reverse with LEDs.
