Plate = Front License Plate filler. Front bumper- where the license plate should go. Stock says "CORVETTE", Jason makes a fiberglass plate that says "ZR1."
Painted mine black, looks cool.

There are pictures in this thread showing what they look like. They come unpainted but ready for a shop to prime and paint whatever color matches your ZR-1.
