The primary meet site to convoy to Rocky Gap will be the VFW Golf Course Parking lot on RT 40-40A Global view: http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b7...tsitelarge.jpg Tight view of golf course and parking lot>> http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b7...sitedetail.jpg Never been to the VFW Golf Course (hell I don't even play golf) but looked like a good location for the meet point. This meet site positions us to hop onto RT 40 then onto RT 70 which will take us to RT68/40 then to Rock Gap and Cumberland MD (8 miles past Rocky Gap) Do a Google Earth or Map or MapQuest and you will see the routing. Meet at VFW Golf Course at 10:00 am. Still waiting to hear from Phil and Bob... |
