What's the difference between the coils transverse leaf springs when driving

The coil overs seem to keep the car very flat thru corners and handle road imperfections (dips, holes, etc) better. All depends on what you are going for. I would not say it "handles" better than my other one with the ridetech's but for normal everyday street driving it is a smoother ride.

Bilstein will do aftermarket shocks, just not the original OEM's. Someone at GM complained, all it does is hurt us, the customer in the end.

I sent a set of shocks to Perf Shock in Sonoma and they couldn't seem to get the settings from Bilstein to revalve, so they sent them back unchanged.......I wasn't very happy about it.

I have no idea why Blistein is recommending them then not helping them out. They should have at least tried something, but more than likely they did not want to touch them do to the lack of parts availability. I spoke with the tech who was working on my shocks last week to figure something out, we'll see where this goes.
