Let us know what you find. I hate the idea of hacking up the wiring harness to add RKE.

I have had the basic viper keyless system installed on a few C4s. Just the entry system without the alarm will allow you to open the doors, pop the hatch and it has a panic button and it flashes the turn signal lights both front and rear. Never had a problem with the viper model 211HV. Its sbout $100 or less but you will need to buy the solenoid for the rear hatch if you want to add that function.
