While I was doing internet searching (tire shopping), I never came across them, so I never saw their prices or who offered them. Most of my searches lead to common places like Tire Rack, Discount Tires, ebay, etc.

I've decided to go with the Goodyears, partly because their tread pattern looks so good. Feel free to keep this thread alive if it's interesting to folks.

I've run them in the rain, they are just fine at 65MPH, at least when they are new. I don't have a lot of miles on mine.

I got the nitto 555 for about 660 with warranty. They were cheap, great tread life compared to NT05 but the sidewall is a little soft. I will be driving a lot so i dont mind them but next set I will be going with a more racier tire. I can feel a little roll (similar to body roll only its the sidewalls of the tires.)
