Most of the time, the way they are put together, you will not need to reseal them.

On my wheels, I had to reseal the barrels back together. Yours may be different but on my wheels the offset is determined by the front barrels.

Rick, I have two 11 inch barrels Fikse FM-5 wheels which fit the front. I prefer a 9.5 inch front not to mention I just bought tires and don't want to have to buy two more wider front tires. Stupid question, If I take the front barrels and centers off the 11 inch wheels and put them on the back barrels of the 9.5 inch wheel that lacks ZR-1 offset, will it work ??? Your opinion and anyone else's would be appreciated. I guess I could just do it and see ??

Take the measurements off the rear barrels only of the 11 & 9.5 rims. Are they the same? What is the width of the fronts barrel & centers of the 11's? Try to spec it out before you take them apart. I just did this on a set of HRE's. If the offset is a little off you might be able to live with it. If they need to be pushed out a little Carter could hook you up with a quality spacer. If you want to call me feel free to PM me and I will shoot you my #. :handshak:
